Our Migrant Story
My grandparents and great grandparents have
worked the fields of Texas Since the mid 1900's
They would harvest;
Onions just to name a few!
in the summer and fall months they would migrate from
Crystal City Texas, to weed & harvest fields of;
Potatoes mint and carrots in Delavan,
beets in Racine,cherries in Sturgeon bay Wisconsin and Michigan
sugar beets in Fargo Minnesota,
Cabbage, beets in Toledo Ohio
sugar beets Grand Forks North Dakota.
Then returning back to Texas to start all over again.
During the breaks we would eat tacos and burritos
filled with various meats & vegetables topped with salsas.
It was this sharing of a meal that I was inspired by
So we dedicate migrants to honor those who work hard everyday weather they are in fields, hospitals, first responders, grocery stores or offices we want to thank you and share a meal!

We take pride in our corn & flour tortilla as it's the foundation of our great tacos!
